The composition of the teaching instrument microscope is one-sided.
The microscope used by primary school students has a magnification of 200 times and consists of several parts such as a mirror base, a mirror column, a mirror arm, a lens barrel, a quasi-focal spiral, a stage, a reflector, an eyepiece, an objective lens, etc.
The microscope used by primary school students has a magnification of 200 times and consists of several parts such as a mirror base, a mirror column, a mirror arm, a lens barrel, a quasi-focal spiral, a stage, a reflector, an eyepiece, an objective lens, etc.
1. Mirror seat: It is a horseshoe-shaped iron seat to consolidate the mirror body and facilitate placement.
2, mirror column: from the mirror base upward pillar, used to support the mirror arm. Mirror arm: continuous lens barrel and mirror column, is one-sided hand-held microscope.
3. Lens barrel: a metal tube that lasts on the mirror arm. There is a hole in the upper end of the teaching instrument to insert the eyepiece, and the lower end is equipped with an objective lens.
4. Quasi-focus spiral: adjust the high and low movement of the lens barrel to adjust the focal length to see the object clearly.
5. Stage: A platform on which the base of the mirror arm stretches forward, with an empty hole in the middle. The slide specimen is placed on the hole. Each side of the hole has a metal sheet to fix the slide specimen.
6. Reflector: It is a concave mirror that can be reversed. It can reflect light through the hole to the object under investigation.
7. Eyepiece: The lens mounted on the lens barrel is equipped with two to three, 5X,10X,16X. 5X reveals the magnified object 5 times, 10 reveals 10 times, 16X reveals 16 times.
8. Objective lens: The lens installed under the lens barrel is marked with 10X and 40X.. 10X reveal magnified object 10 times, 40X reveal magnified object 40 times.
The magnification of the microscope = the magnification of the eyepiece × the magnification of the objective lens The application method of the microscope:
1. Take and place the mirror: hold the mirror arm with your right hand, hold the mirror seat with your left hand, put the lens barrel forward, and place the mirror arm backward lightly on the experimental table, 70mm --- 100mm away from the table.
2. Light: First, install the eyepiece and the objective lens, and use the left eye to look into the tube through the eyepiece. The right eye of the teaching equipment breaks away while rotating the mirror by hand to irradiate the light on the objective lens through the light-passing hole until the white bright circular field of view is seen from the eyepiece.
3. Installation of slide specimen: Take a slide specimen to be investigated, place it on the stage, make the front of the slide face upward, and make the specimen face the center of the light-passing hole, then press it with the pressing clip, look at the objective lens from the side with both eyes, and move the quasi-focal length knob clockwise down by hand until the objective lens is 2-3mm away from the slide to prevent the objective lens from damaging the slide.
4. Investigation of slide specimen: After the slide specimen is installed, the left eye investigates the slide specimen through the eyepiece to the lens barrel, and the right eye is unfolded. At the same time, the quasi-focal distance knob is moved high and low by hand until the image is clear.
